Uses 48 pegs. Pegs cover every hatched cell at the beginning. This solitaire Puzzle is one of the more difficult of checker board puzzles. Place pegs on all of the hatched cells of the outer checker spaces, now play as checkers, using all 64 cells, removing the pegs jumped on diagonal moves only. Play for the least number of pegs on the board. To have one peg on the board is a very difficult feat. Like the other solitaire puzzles, you may substitute pennies for pegs.
